The shirt balloon has zippers on both sides. Unzip them more for a wider, tighter fit (which removes more wrinkles). Adjust the telescopic rods for length.
Use the weight clips
Attach one clip on each side, plus one in front and back, to keep the shirt stretched while it irons.
Set your temp and time
